This is one of the best movies of the 2008
Plot: Holed up in Bruges, Belgium after a difficult job, two hit men begin to differ on their views of life and death as they become used to local customs.
This is a pretty weird movie that really fits the indie category. A mix of fun dialogue, drama and violence, a nice "surprise" though there are good reviews. It's always nice to see a good movie I guess. So nice and so rare Farrell overshoots it a bit but he is reined in by Gleeson whose charisma is effortless. The acting remains stellar. Fiennes is a bit stuck on Voldemort and the villain in Red Dragon for me Director McDonagh also wrote this movie, a huge feat in this case. K. points out that this was really modeled after the famous Greek tragedies, she's right on point Definitely not for everyone though it was a home run for me You'd think the dvd cover was botched but the original one sheet wasn't so hot
