remake / western
   (imdb rating: 8.1/10)

Plot: A small-time rancher agrees to hold a captured outlaw who's awaiting a train to go to court in Yuma. A battle of wills ensues as the outlaw tries to psych out the rancher.

This is a remake of a 1957 Glenn Ford movie. Wasn't great but in terms of westerns.. might be a really good one haha

I saw Ben Foster being herald on Charlie Rose but he was basically his same old psychotic self. Crowe has much charisma to spare, I suppose Bale is good, as he always is

Mangold is of course "fresh off" his Oscar winning Walk The Line. The movie looks pretty good, a lot of washed out scenes with that bright sun (in that respect it gots a bit of No Country For Old Men)

Copeland actually likes the older movie better
