Plot: Two women troubled with guy-problems (Diaz, Winslet) swap homes in each other's countries, where they each meet a local guy and fall in love.

Heard a lot of good things so I'm giving this a fresh watch despite the cheesy trailer. I mean I can never take Jack Black in something non-comedic seriously. I think the idea here is these two chicks go on vacation, not just a different place but a holiday away from themselves. Ok I guess that's what vacations are, I dunno

This is a pretty cute movie, can't lie, didn't break the bank or anything but quite acceptable, in a good way. Diaz and Winslet's characters are a bit disconnected save for swapping the house. Everything is very rosy and ends that way, feel good movie for sure

The movie does a couple of things right, Jude Law as the quintessential "British lad" and Jack Black as a goofy "movie buff" (his casting makes a bit of sense since he does movie scores.. but Enio Morricon-ay?? cmon)
