This is one of the best movies of the 2006
Plot: A cop has to talk down a bank robber after the criminal's perfect heist spirals into a hostage situation.
Solid acting (and great cast), and good story. It's cool how you find out who's the "inside man", I also liked that it was so NYC It's a pretty striaght up role for Denzel, very reminiscent of Out Of Time though that is very is b-movie-ish. Clive Owen is just good cuz of the way he talks. Jodie Foster redeems herself, I mean she's always pretty good but her character was so annoying in Flightplan. Here, she plays a most magnetic and powerful woman, she even slips in a sentence in French about the Rothschild (that scene with a giant computer display was cool, was that a 30in flat panel?)
