This is one of the best movies of the 2005
Plot: Goaded by his buddies, a nerdy guy whose never "done the deed" only finds the urge getting stronger when he meets a single mother.
"I hope you have a big trunk... because I'm puttin' my bike in it" This was a lot of fun, Carell has one of those faces that exudes hilarity much like Will Ferrell. I've really come to enjoy his work since I first discovered him on the NBC show The Office I found it pretty sweet, and not at all thrashy like it could have been in the tradition of American Pie or what not though the morning hard-on scenes came close I'm glad it didn't disappoint because it actually got good reviews. Catherine Keener had some real good chemistry with Carell, the uncomfortable moments rang so true. There's something about her that's very sexy, despite her age and all, I've felt this way about her since Being John Malkovich I didn't really get the final scene with all the singing and dancing but it was pretty silly I watched this in theater opening week and the room was packed. Some of the jokes received so much laughter that it was hard to hear what was being said next. The I find it funny that some of my friends are trying to lay claim to this movie, co-opting virginity as if it was the latest cool fad, like driving a beemer or something.
