This is one of the best movies of the 2004
I'm a sucker for romance (well sometimes) and I thought the whole MJ (gosh I do not like how her name gets abbreviated) / Peter interplay was great. It surprised me how it all came out in the end but I liked it.
I guess I am biased being a comic book geek and not so secret admirer of Kirsten Dunst (yeah I know, no one really likes her but it's coo) A little long at times and it wasn't clear how Peter was losing his abilities but it was better than the first one (which was solid); I thought ol Spidey looked great, they made Parker a bit too geeky but I guess they were stickin to the source material. People have to get that it's the whole duality of Peter Parker/Spider-Man that makes him such a great character. Spotted the Stan Lee cameo but it was real short; kudos to the real fluid direction, on point special fx and fight choreography A total kick ass sequel, sure there are plot holes and things that don't make sense but this is by far the best super-hero movie ever made (and best movie of the year, when writing this) From the comic book-ish opening credits (by superstar comic book painter Alex Ross) to the spectacular ending, I was rivetted (okay there are some serious slower scenes).
