A Today Show Book Club selection

Quite clever, this is the story of an autistic child who works to solve the murder of his neighbour's dog, it comes with the very distinct way his brain works, and weird is to say the least, still very enjoyable though sometimes there are too many details. The book includes some diagrams and drawings and pictures, it's a bit unexpected but nifty

The mystery thing unravels quite well, it bleeds over to some other story around his family that is also intriguing and sorta mushy emotional stuff, it is still good but I don't think I liked how it ended, kinda like false advertising (I was promised a coolio mystery murder and I got this cheesy stuff??)

Still the voice of the kid, Christopher Boone is really unique and distinctive, it's all real quirky

The author has real life experience working with autism and kids which is cool
