 Watching The Prestige trailer, it felt like director Nolan really wanted to make another movie with his Batman Begins costars without actually making a Bat or WB movie (that's alls set for 2008). Michael Caine (best voice ever) and Christina Bale (trying his hardest to sound as.. well he is British) are reunited in a dramatic movie about... magicians. I really can't imagine watching "Nolan's ironically titled The Prestige (no magician will ever get prestige)" [I Watch Stuff], at least in theaters. Hugh Jackman and Scarlett Johansson also co-star, Nolan as usual worked on the script. The Prestige (Touchstone) opens Oct 27, 2006 Update 1 Astute reader friend/reader Bao mentions a similar project set up at indie shop Yari starring Ed Norton and Jessica Biel, The Illusionist (even more boring if that's possible) Update 2 I caved in and watched The Illusionist trailer, it's even worse than I thought.
