remake alert, the lake house is il mare

When I saw Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock at an awards show, I thought they were making Speed 3. Not so lucky, the two have been tapped for a remake of extra romantic (or Korean) movie Il Mare (aka Siworae) starring the delightful Ji-hyun Jun.. Juan calls her double chin :-/   The American poster treatment is actually pretty decent   Ooooh major cultural shift, see the mailbox!!? Trailer ain't bad (thanks Vicki). They've made changes for sure. In Il Mare, the house was built by the guy's dad and he was an architect, there was a whole thing about that. Sandra looks a lot hotter with long hair (Crash). I remember why I like this movie, it's about "normal" people falling in love through writing, like the ultimate penpal movie.
