Bloc Party - This is Not a Competition [YDD] new stuff, super strong drums Centro-Matic - Calling Thermatico [Chromewaves] heavy sound but quite melodic  Ester Drang - Come Back Alive [Chromewaves] intro starts like Aqueous Transmission by Incubus, then takes a cool turn with the bass, in fact the track is musically flawless.. now the singing is a bit disappointing (wish it was a chick), after the bridge the song takes a whole other chill dimension; the track makes me wanna check their latest (3rd) album Rocinate which has wicked cover art. "Ester Drang will be at SXSW on March 18 at Emo's" The Gaskets - Hold Steady Hot Weather [YDD] singing still strangeness, previously.. New Sense - What If I Get Sick [CV] some cool uptempo guitar licks Oh No! Oh My! - I Love You All the Time [GVB][UR] cool intro, track is extra groovy (singing is a bit weakling, reminds me of CYHSY)
