A couple of days ago, I had the delight to catch the latest Laguna Beach on the Tivo. It was the one where the kids put together some charity event fashion show for victims of a mudslide, they have such heart (mainly that kid Trey who was mister community cool last season). I didn't know what to expect from the show since they were out of school but I remembered, they really don't show them going to class or anything anyway, nice

CV really liked the progression of the Jessica "character" (baby face, giant breasts) who's transforming into someone really evil. The episode had a huge built up of LC finding out Jason is like the biggest player (kid looked like an idiot on the runway) though two things really did it for me


Talan (the tool) doing his worst Blink 182 impression at the fashion show. It was pretty sad how he couldn't hold a note to save his life. Why were the kids so into it? He must be like a rock god in their eyes


Second was the introduction of Heidi, simply "LC's friend", who may be the hottest chick to be on the show (so far)


Kristin ain't bad but she's such a bitch. In comparison Heidi seems so wholesome and fun. We basically don't know anything about her but whatever the case may be, more Heidi please

In the season finale of Laguna Beach, it was revealed that season 3 would focus on a "new generation" of kids, centering on a very non-hot sister of LC. LC herself is getting her own show "The Hills" where we follow her in LA (and I guess Beverly "Hills"), one very bright spot: her roomate in LA will be none other than Heidi. Hot (early news leak)
