This month being April w/ Del Toro on the cover (isn't it whack how magazine release months never match actual date, I hear it's because news stands use that date to remove thigns off the shelves so publishers tend to use name of month(s) ahead) So, nice picture The guy is of course a caricature of how people in the US view a Frenchman, tall lanky idiot wearing a beret, so fancy ahh. The finger is a very French attitude but it's more of an American gesture Klosterman's article says a couple of things about the desire to be liked which is a weak ass posture. Got me to think a bit. Of course America is like major hated on so sometimes you make up stuff to accomodate a certain situation.. like the poor man saying he doesn't really need money and is happy with his life, shuuuure thing There's a big cover article titled Be A Better Man on living longer (as a male of course, chicks can read Cosmo, whatever), here are some notables: - eating: forgo transfats, say goodbye (at least for a week, cmon) to chips, cheetos, wheat thins (I know, so homo); grass-fed beef/buffalo, wild salmon are thumbs up (where to get it is a good question though); no eating after 9pm (whine); pomegranate is the new blueberry (ahhh ok) - working out (20 to 29 years old): cable push with lunge, jump rope, squat with overheard press, cardio fest (cycling, running, swimming, etc)
