Been waitin on the new flash mp3 player from Apple, it was unveiled today during Jobs' keynote speech at Macworld Expo San Francisco At a glance: USB 2.0, 12 hours autonomy, $100 for 512 Megs and $150 for 1GB.. kinda small (couple of sticks of gum) First impressions: I'm not too fond of the cap over the USB connector, also there's no clip but a lanyard (cord worn around the neck for carrying the player). The biggest issue is the lack of display which makes looking for a particular song about impossible.. audio books or podcasts would have to be set in proper order of the playlist Most people seem to be happy about the price and the size, it's a bit usb stick-ish In typical iPod fashion, Apple released the new player with its own ad and theme song, "Jerk It Out" by Caesars, groovy The new Mac Minis look pretty sweet, even if Macs aren't your thing. I like the mini price of $499 Links - http://www.engadget.com/entry/1234000410026986/ - http://www.gizmodo.com/gadgets/portable-media/ipod/ipod-shuffle-porn-e... - http://www.apple.com/ipodshuffle/ - http://macmerc.com/ - http://www.flickr.com/photos/mhusson/3253841/ - http://www.engadget.com/entry/1234000177027029/
