Yup, last issue was muy good. There was a real funny section on what would you rather do, pitting some really boring or hard to make pairs of choices to make (the answer is to flip a coin). I woulda read the Johnny Depp interview except I really don't care. There's a cool Jesus FAQ but again, see previous sentence. This month's What I've Learned has some funny ish from a New York Italian cook, the health section had a great thing about staying fit for years to come, what to emphasize on (no breakthrough but some good stuff on the "core" of muscles to exercise, wake up call on joints and cool diet stuff). It really made me want to find out my RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) which dictates how much calories you lose/should eat (the highly touted metabolism). There's a propagandish article on WMT but it was okay. As always, Esquire gives you the low down on a lotta hip stuff you oughta pay attention to, check it out.
I think the pollen outside is in full swing, throat is becoming irriated for real. I've taken claritin and benadryl sporadically for the past 2~3 weeks but my allergies have been mild so far. I hope it doesn't get worse
