Aight week-end, checked out Cloud9 and a remodeled NV, both were alright though the others thought Cloud9 sucked ass (don't let the picture fool ya).. the dance area downstairs was dark as hell, couldn't see ish and the club certainly was in a ghetto area (off Market) Read sum comics, caught up on some tv shows (in particular o.c. which has degenerated a bit with that oliver psycho kid), cooked some and practiced piano, this was a good week-end Not feelin extra healthy but I gotta keep exercising, I could do a lot more.. I found out we have nice showers in my building, nobody really use em so that's coool.. work looks like it's gona be busy since I discovered a couple of features were majorly broken on Friday I read an interesting quote this week in the flimsy magazine Interview (wouldn't really pay money for this ad repository on cheap paper), it was Nicole Kidman (there's a tall beautiful woman) saying something to the tune of how she wanted to be with someone and lose herself in whatever they did.. love can be so consuming It was interesting because of the phrasing which I wish I could recall but it made me think about the distinction one can put between a person and what they do.. hmmmmm Links - pictures - /2004/01 jan 23 cloud9
