So I wake up at like 8 today and I'm pretty tired, I see some headlines on My Yahoo! page but don't really pay attention.. until later I call home in France and my mom and bro tell me how they caught Saddam Hussein!!? nutsssey I don't really think this will greatly impact the rebuilding in Iraq... it's a lot more about perception.
