These are photos of a cool truck I spotted in Cupertino Village, hehe. It rolled through from Oakland

I took the 2nd one with Gee's new Canon XTI with a 50mm lens outfitted.. it hella whoops on my camera, no post processing :-(

I played with the dslr during lunch, if I can ever get over the 1000 different settings (ehh just shoot on auto), the biggest change is to shoot through the viewfinder which has no light adjustment, instead you have to check the lcd after snapping which I would normally do as primary framing method.. ehh whack. Beautiful but whack

The other difference is how close you stand from your subject, that obviously depends on the lens. Finally there was the ambiguous line between feeling like a pro and a nerd haha

More dslr shots (James took the one of my drink)

Lookin sharp

Shopping
- Canon Digital Rebel XTi (body only) $589
- Canon Digital Rebel XT (body only) $428
- Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Camera Lens $77.. hmm buying a wide angle lens should be fun
- dpreview side-by-side, notes: no image stabilization in body (some IS geekery), weak lcd size

I gotta stay away from these cameras, ish is dangerous (on the wallet)
