The show dangerously approached The Fray/Death Cab' territory in terms of music to hold hands with your gf but it was much better. At least it wasn't at all packed which is weird cuz it was sold out. The blinding lighting coulda used some relief and Jim Adkins' profuse perspiration was a bit distracting (he's on guitars/vocals) No "Night Drive" but that was about a perfect set list (lots from Chase This Light, to be released Tuesday Oct 16), especially the encore. Best moments: "23", "Sweetness", the song they played after "Hear You Me".. I think "Polaris". They closed with "The Middle".
