James hooked up a monster dinner at Plumed Horse in Saratoga. The place got a recent remodel and has been open for a week   We got to eat at the "chef's table" ($1,200 minimum!), a special room that has a view into the kitchen     Requisite pano  We sampled a lot of the menu, my favorite dishes Pork belly and abalone  Tuna carpaccio  Lobster salad  Squab  James loves dslr  Gee loves wine  Bao loves rosé  I love Voss water  jk You should check this out for a nice fancy dinner in the south bay.
