maccabees + noisettes @ popscene

I only recently started listening to the Maccabees and their album is one of the year's best. Nice discovery. It was serendipitous that they were to play Popscene about a week later. They hella rocked, and I was lucky that the guitarist playing left was super wild. He played in socks haha. The singer was kinda different, he's like a younger version of that dude from Modest Mouse, but much better. Some of his dancing on stage was a bit weird, it was all cool Maccabees - X-Ray video Maccabees set list Colour It in The Noisettes opened for the first Bloc Party show I went to but I actually missed em. Wow they are kinda good, the drummer is wild and the girl singer is fyre.
