Young Love aka Dan Keyes has been on my radar for a while. His show was quite a lot of fun. Bottom Of The Hill is kinda like Cafe Du Nord, tiny. I liked the price, $10. The openers were both pretty horrible. I forget what time Young Love came on, it was not soon enuf (I was pretty bored). They opened with "Discotech" and played a solid set until about 10:40p, closed with the excellent "Find A New Way". "Too Young to Fight It" that I heard for the first time was a high point Funny thing, this white girl kept bumping into me and I thought she wanted to talk or something. Turns out she was really into the band (well, just the singer really), and pretty drunk. White girls. They do crack me up. Yea it was another show with a bunch of chicks.. concert selection is rather questionable I picked up a cd for $10, Dan Keyes was taking pictures with girls after the show but that looked too gay for me. I got the hell outta there but couldn't find a bus, walked the whole 2 miles home. It was kind of a spooky walk, deserted and quiet. And it's kinda late to be walking around SF Some pics, entire set ![]() ![]() ![]()
